You can cancel within 24 hours of booking or up to 30 days before the tour start date to get a full refund.
Weather
We make every effort to continue, as scheduled with our tours. However sometimes weather conditions endanger the safety of our clients. Therefore, there might be a change of schedule or a cancellation. In that case, we will provide full refund.
Tour confirmation
Our guides will contact our guests via email 2-3 days prior to the start of your trip. This is a perfect opportunity to let the guide know of any questions or concerns you may have.
